Terms & Conditions
- The Birthday girl/boy is offered on a complimentary basis.
- At least 1 accompanying adult with every 10 children. Each adult will be charged at
€12.00. - Each group booking must have a minimum of 10 paying persons.
- Included in the €20 package per child is a gift bag for each child, containing 4 Museum of Illusions
souvenirs worth at least €13.50 in total. Gift bag souvenirs are to the discretion of Museum
of Illusions management. You are welcome to include additional items to the gift bag at
your expense. - Includes free parking to all invitees.
- Includes a fully guided tour of the museum’s exhibits, by our Illusions Experts who will
also assist with taking photos with one mobile device supplied by yourself. - The museum visit & games lasts a minimum of 1 hour and up to 2 hours, depending on
the size of the group. - Museum of Illusions employees and management will not be held responsible for any
accidental damage to mobile devices being used to take photos or videos within Museum
of Illusions Malta. - Museum of Illusions employees and management will not be held responsible for how
you choose to utilize and share photos or videos taken with your mobile device. - Food and Beverage is not allowed inside the museum. We offer an area at Daytona Diner
(within Planet Play) for cake cutting and service when one also books a meal package. - Please see the attached meal packages available. Should you wish to have a cake, this
needs to be provided by yourself. - Updated numbers for meal packages are to be provided 72 hours before the date of the
event. Final numbers and menu item choices for the meal packages will be provided upon
arrival at the Museum of Illusions.
Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms
- 50% of the Museum Visit and Games package is payable upon confirmation.
- This is a non-refundable deposit valid for use against services provided at the
Museum of Illusions Malta only. - Should the birthday girl/boy or parent/s be sick on the day of the event, the event can
be postponed to the next available date within 3 months from the original date. The
original deposit will be valid for use for up to 3 months from the original event date. In
case the deposit is not used within the 3 month period, this will be forfeited in favour
of Museum of Illusions Malta. - The final bill is established according to which is higher between the actual
attendance on the day as against to the minimum group size stipulated above. The
remaining balance is payable on the day at the Museum of Illusions. - Full payment according to the final numbers of meal packages is to be done at
Daytona Diner at the end of the meal.
